Slav Exchange variation has been always a headache for Slav players. I was asked probably hundreds of times by Slav players how to deal with Slav Exchange? How can we get some interesting playable positions? My answer usually was - to play a6-system, where White at least cannot force draw easily (to compare with Bf5 line). However, with some theoretical knowledge White can still get some pull with practically risk-free position. Finally, I was able to put together full Repertoire for Black, which avoids well-established main lines and ensures complicated middlegame battle. I have a solution against all major White move orders, with cherry on the top being 1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 3. cxd5 cxd5 4. Nc3 e5!? . As always, my Database provides detailed coverage of all major lines with huge number of important improvements/novelties for Black.
