Incredible idea suggested to me by Italian FM Maurizio Brancaleoni! He named this opening - Slav Gambit. As far as I am aware, there is no coverage/suggestion of this variation in well-known platforms. It could be not only surprising weapon, but so far it looks like a very interesting reliable opening.
